• When will I receive my first bill?

  The first bill will arrive approximately 6 to 8 weeks after service begins.

• Why am I still receiving another bill after I have moved?

  The final bill is mailed out approximately 4 weeks after the final reading date.

• Can I go on Budget Billing as soon as I move in?

  Customers can qualify for budget billing 12 months after they have been at their address. This way your budget amount is calculated based on your actual consumption, and not the previous owners / tenants. 

  You can request Budget Billing when you apply for Pre-Authorized Payments. 

• Is there a new account set up fee for electricity accounts?

  Yes, a one-time fee of $30 is required for new electricity accounts, and will be applied to the first bill. For water accounts, please visit our page on Water Rates, Policies and New Connections.
