Account balances can be found by viewing your account online or calling our number and using the automated IVR service:  

  • Chatham-Kent area customers: 519-352-6300 / 1-866-804-7325 (select option #2)
  • Middlesex area customers: 519-245-2010 / 1-866-666-7566 (select option #3)

Please note, it may take up to 3 - 4 days for Entegrus to receive payment and update your status if you pay online, through telebanking or at the bank.
